To match jobs with suitable local tradespeople, deliver messages and notifications, display public profiles and reviews, run verification checks, prevent fraud and abuse, and take payment for trade memberships.

What we show publicly

Tradesperson profiles, ratings, reviews and verification badges are public. Homeowner names are shown as a first name on reviews. Your full home address and contact details are never published — job leads show the postcode district and town only.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host the platform, send email, process payments and support verification checks. We do not sell your personal data.

Keeping data

We keep account and job records while your account is open and for a period afterwards where we need them for legal, tax or dispute reasons. Verification documents are stored privately and access is restricted to our review team.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to certain processing and withdraw marketing consent. Requests can be raised from your dashboard or by contacting us, and we respond within one month.
